For Doctors

Creating My Care account is easy and takes a couple of steps to complete.

  1. The first step is to download the My Care app and Install it on your phone.
  2. Open the My Care app and then click on the Register button.
  3. Once you click on the register button, fill out the details like name, email, mobile number, location, etc.
  4. Once all details are filled out, click on, I agree with the terms and conditions and click on the register button.
  5. Once you tick on the register button, My Care demands you to verify your phone number. You will receive an OTP on the given phone number from My Care app. You will need to add that six – digit OTP and click on the submit button.
  6. Once you click on submit, your account details will be forwarded to our representatives. They will review your details and will make your account active. 

Following are the steps you need to follow for setting your profile.

  • It’s essential to add a picture and set up your profile to help you connect with your patients quickly and vice versa. Also, the image will allow patients to communicate with you via call, chat, video call, etc. 
  • Once doctors register with My Care, they will receive a unique My Care id, which will help the doctor connect with the patient. 
  • From the doctor’s, dashboard doctors can manage and see all their patients, all prescriptions, patient’s documents, Doctors’ notes and hospitals.

The following are the steps that will help the doctor to send prescriptions to their patients.

  • To attach prescriptions the doctor needs to click on the “+” button in the bottom right from the prescriptions screen.
  • Fill up the prescription form.
  • Then choose the patient that you need to send the prescription to.
  • Once the patient is selected, then select the pharmacy and click on submit.
  •  
  • Click on the notes button from the doctor’s dashboard and select the patient from the all patients list. Click on the patient name and you can see the selected patient documents and notes.
  • Click on the “Write a Note” button and write your notes and click on submit button.
  • Doctors can edit their notes. And the patient can see that doctor’s notes on their My Care app.
  • Doctors also can manage their patient appointments. When doctors approve the patient’s appointment, the patient gets the notification.

The patient can pay their fees online by debit card, credit card, or net banking; the fees will be immediately collected by My Care App and sent to the doctor within seven working days.

Doctor can view their earnings in My Care wallet, either at the dashboard by clicking the top right corner (wallet symbol) or seeing the entire history in My profile > My Wallet. 

For Patients

  2. Open the My Care app and then click on the Register button.
  3. Once you click on the register button, fill out the details like name, email, mobile number, location, etc.
  4. Once all details are filled out, click on, I agree with the terms and conditions and click on the register button.
  5. Once you tick on the register button, My Care demands you to verify your phone number. You will receive an OTP on the given phone number from My Care app. You will need to add that six-digit OTP and click on the submit button.

To change your password in the app, go to profile, then select the option Change password.

To edit or add personal data, including your name, address, email, etc., go to profile OR click on View Profile in the app and then click on my profile option. Here you will be able to update your details. 

If you need to add your doctors to My Care, go to the dashboard, then click on my doctors, then insert My Care id and at the end, click on Ok.

For exploring your local area and doctors, go to my doctors in My Care app and select your location.

For a new connection with the doctor, first, you need to connect with a doctor that follows the steps below.

  1. Open My Care App
  2. Then go to the Doctor list.
  3. Then select a specialist as per your need.
  4. In the last step, click on Connect.

  
Once the doctor approves the connection request afterwards, you can find that doctor on your list. To see, follow the steps below.

  1. Open My Care App
  2. Go to My Doctors
  3. Open Book Appointment

To see all your prescriptions follow the steps below

  • Open My Care App.
  • Then go to My Prescriptions.

To share your prescription with the lab, follow the steps below:

  • Open My Care App
  • Then go to My Laboratory.
  • Select Send Prescription to Laboratory
  • Then click on Medical History. 
  • Then click on Select Doctor (Who sent you prescription)
  • The last is to select prescription and then select Laboratories.
  • Once you send a prescription to laboratory, wait for them to send you quotes on your prescription.

To share your prescription with the Pharmacy, follow the steps below:

  • Open My Care App
  • Then go to My Pharmacy.
  • Select Send Prescription to Pharmacy 
  • Then click on Medical History. 
  • Then click on Select Doctor (Who sent you prescription)
  • The last is to select prescription and then select Pharmacies.
  • Once you send a prescription to pharmacy, wait for them to send you quotes on your prescription.

A: My Care App is an E-healthcare for all your health needs. You can avail of various health services like doctor consultations from leading E-healthcare service providers, hospitals, diagnostic tests, and online pharmacy; reports are available in the app itself at any time for reference. Easy and safe storage and sharing.

Our app operates on IOS and Android (5.0 and above). For now, we are not available on windows. 

Our My Care app is available on Play Store and App Store only, so if you want to download the app, search My Care App in the play store and then click on install. 

After downloading the app, open the app and register yourself. If you have already registered before, use login via email-id and password. You can book appointments for any specialists, can buy medicines from pharmacies and get your tests done from laboratories.



My Care app is only available for iOS and Android phones, and your phone must have a 3G or 4G network or Wi-Fi coverage instrument. Your device should have iOS version 10.0 or higher, Android OS version 5.0 or higher to use My Care App.

Yes, the doctor can access your medical records; the My Care app only allows you and your doctor to view, print, and assign your data in a folder form.

My Care app allows you to upload image files, which are snapped as pictures by your phone’s camera or PDFs. This includes email attachments in the form of PDFs that can run from the Doctors, Hospitals, and pathological labs straight into your My Care App Folder.

We only allow one device to be registered at a time with one unique password to ensure maximum security of your medical data. This means once you sign in with a different machine with the same ID, the app will log you out of the previous device you signed in to.

My Care will get a folder of recoveries where all the reports will be stored, the report is shown, and you last saw it in the folder.

Our My Care app is very safe as we have HIPAA and GDPR compliance. As highly confidential medical data, we follow best practices to make sure your data is safe and secure with us. The information is end-to-end encrypted so that both the server and the application are finished, and there are minimal chances of any data invention.
